Reservoir Terrace

Located 12 Kilometers from Melbourne CBD, Reservoir has been one of the biggest suburb areas with the majority of brick and weatherboard houses.The existing site is located on Lot no. 45 in Delaware Street, an empty site with a slope. Therefore, the designer wants to create a modern contemporary house design that would be timeless as the next generation is going to occupy the house itself. This house is going to accommodate a family of four on the first unit, but it would be able to accommodate up to six people in total. The design of the floorplan would not interrupt each occupant through the separation of bedrooms on the upper floor and lower floor. The second unit at the back is an extension for rented accommodation.
